iPod Nano - The coolest iPod yet!

With last week's release of the iPod Nano, the new micro music player from Apple that replaces the iPod mini, Apple has solidified it's lead in the music player wars.

The iPod Nano, which is no larger than a credit card, and no thicker than a pencil, come in 2GB/500 song, and 4GB/1000 song models, in both stylish black and clean white.




I got my iPod Nano on Friday, and immediately headed home to fire up the laptop, and treat myself to a bunch of new songs from the iTunes Music Store.

iPod ownership is an experience that cannot be explained until you actually own one yourself. The iPod/iTunes union is a complete music listeners' experience, that no other music player manufacturers have been able to recreate yet.

The iPod Nano is sleek, stylish, sophisticated, and like all iPod mp3 players before it, built in a way that just makes sense - without dozens of extra controls, buttons, and features that you don't need -- but sound cool in a product overview!

The LCD display on the new iPod Nano is one of the clearest displays I have seen, even clearer than the display on my Minolta camera!

Being that the iPod Nano is still so brand new, there are not many accessories for it yet, and the price is still pretty dear, starting at $199 for the 2GB model. Sure I could have found a very capable music player for probably half of what I paid for my iPod Nano, but once you have owned an iPod, no other music player comes close!
