iPod on top of Zune - LiterallySunday, January 07, 2007 ![]() This is one of those great "You had to be there" moments. The above photograph was taken in a Costco store in Tukwila, Washington, (a Seattle suburb) just after Christmas. In this picture, it is clear to see who's on top in the battle of the MP3 players, when a Microsoft Zune box is used as a display table for the ever-popular Apple iPod. Zune sales have been disappointing right from the launch of the Microsoft "iPod killer". It debuted in second place to the iPod in its first week of sales, and slipped to a distant sixth place for MP3 player sales by its second week, while Apple's iPod continues to hold a more than 75% share of the MP3 player market. source: Mac Daily News Powered by dBLOGGER | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
